Golf Outings 2008

GOLF

Option 1 – Bulk tee times may be reserved at the current rates depending on which day of the week chosen. Rates are listed below.

Option 2 – Shotgun start is available Monday through Thursday (1 per week) requires a minimum total
Expenditure of $10,000.

• $10 per player will be added to the above rates for pro shop credit
• If extra golf carts are required, an additional charge will be added.
• All player information, tee sponsor signs, and hole-in-one contest information should be submitted to Stonelick Hills G.C. at least 48 hours in advance.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Stonelick Hills can provide a variety of food options that range from donuts in the morning to a cookout dinner after your round. Details are available upon request.

Donation of food and/or beverages will not be permitted. Hosted and cash bars will be available, as well as a fully stocked beverage cart on the golf course. Domestic beer will be priced at $2.75, soft drinks at $2.00, and bottled water at $1.75, and sports drinks at $2.50.

AWARDS, PRIZES, ETC.

Our fully stocked pro shop will be available for your outing. Any and all golf merchandise, prizes, gift certificates, etc. must be purchased through our Pro Shop. No outside articles may be purchased without prior consent from the General Manager.

GUIDELINES

1. A deposit of 10% is required to secure the date for your event. It may be returned up to 14 days in advance; after 14 days, it becomes non-refundable.
2. All events must be confirmed by player count for golf seven days in advance of outing date. The confirmed number will be the minimum number that will be billed.
3. In the event of a course closing due to inclement weather prior to the beginning of an event, there will be no charge for golf. If play has commenced, the charge will be ½ the outing rate. After nine holes have been completed, the full rate will apply.
4. Dress Code: Shirts with collars and appropriate shorts or bottoms are required. Non-metal spikes are required. Tank tops, tee shirts and cut-off shorts are not permitted.
5. Bringing alcoholic beverages on the premises is prohibited by law.
